Any professional service is provided only on the basis of a written contract signed

claims related to Website use is limited to 500 RON. Nothing in these T&C excludes
liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12.1. The User shall indemnify Bridgecore Partners for any losses, costs, fines, claims,

or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) resulting from breach of the T&C or
misuse of the Website.

Bridgecore Partners’ Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, separate documents referenced
by these T&C.

 

14. Communications and complaints

postal address may be provided upon request. We aim to respond within 30 days.

 

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

 

15.1. The T&C are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection
with the Website use will be settled by the competent courts of Bucharest.

 

16. Language and prevalence

 

16.1. If we provide T&C versions in other languages, in case of discrepancies the
Romanian version shall prevail.

 

17. Final provisions

 

17.1. The T&C constitute the entire agreement regarding Website use. If any clause
becomes null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. Failure to
exercise a right does not constitute a waiver. Force majeure exempts liability during its
effect. Bridgecore Partners may assign its rights/obligations related to the Website, by
notifying Users via publication on the Website. These T&C enter into force on the date of
publication on the Website.
