About Us
We are the only boutique financial advisory firm in Romania dedicated exclusively to real estate developers and operators. We founded BridgeCore to connect small and mid-sized developers with investors and banks – bridging a gap that has long existed in the local market.
What are we doing?
We cover the entire lifecycle of a real estate project – from initial analysis and structuring, to capital raising, and post-investment / post-financing coordination, both in development and operations. We also provide representation in acquisition and sale processes.
